The 2023 IFMA Youth World Championships and U23 World Cup held from 29th September until 7th of October.
These World Championships will include both the Combat and Cultural Disciplines of Wai Kru and Mai Muay. The Age divisions that are included in the Youth World Championship includes all Youth divisions (10 until 17 years) and for the Cultural Disciplines, all Youth divisions (8 until 17 years).
The U23 World Cup will be held in tandem to provide more opportunities at high level international competitions to this developmental stage division to prepare young athletes towards the senior elite. The event will also include both the Combat and Cultural Divisions of Wai Kru & Mai Muay.
For further details on age and weight divisions, kindly refer to the IFMA Rules & Regulations for International Competitions.
This year’s event will bring us back to Antalya, and this time to the district of Kemer, the gateway to Turkey's southern Mediterranean region, known as the Turquoise Coast for its blue waters. Turkey once again will set the stage for what is sure to be another great tournament and event.
We would like to thank the Turkish Muaythai Federation under the presidency of Mr. Hasan Yildiz who will give its famous Turkish welcome to the IFMA Muaythai teams.
We are looking forward to seeing you in Kemer Antalya Turkey, for the 2023 IFMA Youth World Championships!
